This course has been designed for school leavers without the levels or intermediate qualifications completing the level 4 Diploma in Law will give you direct entry into the 3 Years LLB university of London.
Law programme is recognised by both the Bar Standards Board and the Solicitors Regulation Authority, meaning your studies satisfy the requirements of the legal professional bodies for the award of a qualifying law degree. Your foundation year will give you a grounding in law and at level 4. Our academic team are there to support you throughout your degree.

Learners must complete all 4 mandatory units. To see the contents of each unit you can view the Qualification Specification.
Learners will gain an appreciation to the significance of contract law in commercial, consumer and social contexts.
Learners will explore fundamental principles and components of the English Legal System, the judiciary and the civil and criminal process and will gain an appreciation of how the main principles underpin all substantive and procedural areas of law.
Learners will explore the aims and nature of criminal law and its function as a protector of the State.
The unit will enable learners to identify the significance of the separation of power and the sovereignty of Parliament, as well as the importance of human rights norms.

Assessments for all units are offered in a number of assessment cycles throughout each year. All modules, except the Year Project are assessed by assignments and/or examinations
