Trainee Assessment Officer

PAYE only on Kickstart Scheme

Manchester College of Law – MCL School of Law is fully accredited by numerous awarding bodies such as Pearson – BTEC – ATHE – Qualifi – OTHM and BCS, offering qualification from level 3 to 7 with pathways to universities topup Degrees in Law Business an I.T. This position is suitable for applicants who which to become assessors in colleges or on any vocational studies courses.

The position holders are required to support the qualification assessment team by gathering all the assignments and referring to the internal and external quality assurance team, lodging appeals on behalf of students, checking qualifications with awarding bodies and checking content of the syllabus.

After making the assessment decisions give feed back to learners make a firm contribution to quality and assurance and keep accurate assessment records.

Applicants can also obtain a quality assurance qualification to become an assessor or verifier. Applicants must hold at least level 3 qualification in any subject in order to undertake the position.

Full training given and mainly to diploma in Business and Management. Full training will be given in management of students recruitment I.T and laptop provided to work remotely.

The employment will give you skills and knowledge and understanding of working of assessments including workshop classrooms and other training and understanding of the regular qualifications you will gain the knowledge and skills for assessment.

 

Length: 6 months initially

  • Working hours: You may be asked to work weekends and out of hours and shift patterns are between 8am – 7pm Monday – Sunday
  • 25 hours/week

Liaison Co ordinator

PAYE ONLY KICKSTART SCHEME

Manchester College of Law – MCL School of law offering variety of courses covering Law IT Business studies and fully accredited by Pearson – BCS – ATHE – QUALIFI – OTHM offering level 3 to 7 courses with popup and pathways to partners Universities.

After completing the qualification the students have an option to take employment or continue with topup degrees, The co ordinations will guide the students to the pathway they wish to peruse or progress to university degree.

The position holder will be responsible for effectively guiding the students on progression to the next stage of qualification, pathways, qualifications requirements, providing support online and by phone, referring and co-ordinating admissions to top up universities, general support and administrative work.

Full training given and mainly to diploma in Business and Management.

Full training will be given in management of students recruitment I.T and laptop provided to work remotely. Applicants will be required to work from 1-2 days at the campus and 2-3 days remotely.

 

Length: 6 months initially

Student Recruitment Officer

MCL offers online tuition face to face to UK and International Students and requires student recruitment officers to assist the recruitment of students in UK and International Campuses and the duties will include to evaluate appropriate students and targeted recruitment activities in order to support the College’s student recruitment strategy.

As part of a team of recruitment professionals the post holder will attend a range of recruitment activities online and deliver presentations to prospective UK & International Students. It is likely that the post holder will spend approximately 70% of their time undertaking administrative tasks such as admissions Qualification structure and 30% attending online and social media outreach events in UK and Internationally.
