LL.M MASTER OF LAWS
MCL delivers the LL.M (Master of Laws Degree) which is an internationally recognised qualification and awarded by the leading Universities of UK. LL.M is usually obtained by completing a one year full time programme.
Graduates and professionals frequently pursue the LL.M to gain expertise in their specialised field of law.
Many of the legal firms prefer candidates with a Masters Degree in Law. MCL offers an LL.M in a wide range of legal disciplines:
LL.M in Commercial Law
Study International Commercial law. This programme provides an excellent grounding for the future study of commercial law, for those intending to enter legal practice or for those intending to pursue a career in the commercial world
This course will give you the opportunity to explore a wide range of commercial law subjects at advanced levels.
LL.M in Corporate Law
This programme gives you a critical understanding of the legal economical and financial matters which are integrated into Corporate Law and will give you the ability to work with international legal materials and to grasp legal implications of transactions involving international institutions and corporations.
This programme will include company law, finance law, tax law and comparative studies
LL.M in International Criminal Law and Security
This programme gives you insight into the global impact of organised crime and activities and how effectively human rights standards are protected, including global perspective and the responses to the threat of terror and international crimes in different jurisdictions
This course will entail three modules and a 15,000 word dissertation The three modules include national security, law and practice, international organised crime and public international law.

Applicants must hold a minimum recognised 2.2 classification in a single honours degree
Overseas single honours degree with a minimum 2.2. classification
English IELTS level 6 (unless the applicants degree is taught in English)
On completion of the LL.M graduates may be entitled to exemptions from part of the GDL or the LL.M Law Conversion course. Many Bar Counsel bodies upon completion of LL.M admit individuals as either advocate Solicitors or Attorneys. Please check with your home jurisdiction.
Students are required to pay registration fees of the UK University in addition to tuition fees of MCL. These are available upon request
